Payment and Insurance
Dr. Mosier is a In-Network Provider with several different insurance companies. It is important for patients to make sure that we are in network with their Dental Insurance in order to get the most out of their benefits. This will help patients keep their out-of-pocket costs low. You can access this information by contacting your Insurance Company directly or by utilizing their online resources.
At our office, we submit a Pre-Treatment Estimate prior to any treatment. This is so our patients can have an approximate amount of what their out-of-pocket cost is going to be and to ensure that the procedures we provide are a benefit of your dental policy. However, this is only an estimate and every patient is different so we must allow for some flexibility as the clinical situation dictates.
Payment Options: Payment in full is requested at the time the services are rendered. We ask that you pay your portion that the insurance isn't covering at that time.
